Weddings at Grand Station, Wolverhampton

Weddings are unique and I want to create beautiful natural images that are especially unique to you. My aim as a photographer is to create a visual story of your wedding day to take you back and remind you of how you felt and I hope the above I’ve done exactly that 🙂 I loved the Grand Station in West Midlands its definitely a unique and prestigious venue, perfect for any wedding ceremony. The Grand Station is an iconic, it formerly a train station, it’s the perfect combination of history and grandeur.  The super light and airy Old Ticketing Hall was perfect for Hemel and Jaina’s humanist wedding by celebrant Louise Gather, who did an amazing job marrying these two souls which truly reflected Hemel and Jaina’s relationship. After the ceremony, everyone moved into the Grand Hall which was originally the old station platform which has been transformed into the perfect reception venue. The evening started off with a drinks reception, before Jaina & Hemel along with their parents and siblings made their epic entrance into the Grand Hall, followed by the cutting of their cake. The rest of the night was full of amazing food, some hilarious speeches and of course an epic party which went on till midnight!

My Unique Style at Grand Station

I try to make my approach to every wedding as personal as possible. My approach at all weddings is much like journalism. By trying to document the event without imposing on it, I can capture more authentic moments, without distracting – or annoying – you or your guests. I’m very aware of how uncomfortable a staged moment can feel, and when you’re looking back at your photos years from now I want every moment to feel meaningful and honest.

It’s a joy and a privilege doing what I do, and few things give me more pleasure than showing someone the photos from their big day, transporting them straight back into those memories, some of the most precious they will ever have. I want everyone to be blown away by your photos, most of all you. Whether I’m working as a Wolverhampton wedding photographer, or on the road shooting destinations around the world, I just want to do your day – and your love – justice.

I had an amazing time shooting a wedding at Grand Station in Wolverhampton, it was the perfect setting for any Wedding Ceremony.
