Sikh Wedding Reception at The Grove
Robbie and Sarika’s wedding reception at The Grove in Watford was nothing short of spectacular. The venue itself, set amidst 300 acres of lush Hertfordshire countryside, was the perfect backdrop for such a special celebration. With its sweeping grounds, luxurious interiors, and the elegant ballroom space, The Grove managed to feel both grand and intimate at the same time. The warm lighting, chic décor, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that was truly stunning and unforgettable.
As the night unfolded, the energy on the dance floor was electric thanks to DJ Kabir from Kudos. From the very first track, he had guests on their feet, seamlessly mixing songs that kept the crowd buzzing and the dance floor full all night long. His ability to read the room and create the perfect vibe meant that every moment was filled with joy, laughter, and nonstop dancing.
It was a reception overflowing with love, energy, and celebration – the perfect reflection of Robbie and Sarika as a couple. The Grove provided the dream setting, and DJ Kabir delivered the soundtrack that made the night unforgettable.

All weddings are amazing, and I absolutely love finding out that a couple wants to book me for theirs. My aim as a photographer is to create a visual story of your wedding day to take you back and remind you of how you felt.
I try to make my approach to every wedding as personal as possible. My approach at all weddings is much like journalism. By trying to document the event without imposing on it, I can capture more authentic moments, without distracting – or annoying – you or your guests. I’m very aware of how uncomfortable a staged moment can feel, and when you’re looking back at your photos years from now I want every moment to feel meaningful and honest. It’s a joy and a privilege doing what I do, and few things give me more pleasure than showing someone the photos from their big day, transporting them straight back into those memories, some of the most precious they will ever have.
