There’s something about weddings at the The Waldorf Hilton, London that always feels timeless.

Right in the heart of Covent Garden, surrounded by the energy of London, the Waldorf has this incredible ability to make a wedding feel both grand and intimate at the same time. The moment you walk through its doors, you’re surrounded by beautiful Edwardian architecture, elegant interiors and a sense of history that gives every celebration a real sense of occasion. The hotel is especially known for its iconic Palm Court and Adelphi Suite, spaces that feel effortlessly luxurious without ever feeling over the top.

One of the things that makes the Waldorf so special is its atmosphere. It feels like a proper London wedding venue. Guests arrive through the busy streets of the West End before stepping into a completely different world filled with marble floors, grand staircases and classic architectural details. There’s a real sense of excitement that builds throughout the day, especially as the celebrations move into the evening and the ballroom spaces come alive.

From a storytelling perspective, I also love how everything can happen under one roof. Preparations, ceremonies, drinks receptions, portraits and the evening party can all flow naturally without guests feeling rushed between locations. All weddings are amazing, and I absolutely love finding out that a couple wants to book me for theirs. My aim as a photographer is to create a visual story of your wedding day to take you back and remind you of how you felt.

I try to make my approach to every wedding as personal as possible. My approach at all weddings is much like journalism. By trying to document the event without imposing on it, I can capture more authentic moments, without distracting – or annoying – you or your guests.
