Best Wedding Photographer UK 2023

Rahul was with without a doubt one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From when we first spoke to on the day, he was communicative, professional and supportive with all the questions we had. By 9am the day after our wedding, Rahul had already shared 10 photos and created a slide reel with almost 100 more photos. Every photo we have shared so far people have simply replied “wow”!!! He is so professional, creative and reliable and he put us both at ease when we are not the most natural behind the camera while being persistent in capturing the most amazing shots. Rahul’s attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed and he seamlessly fitted into our day so thank you so much. His creativity and photography skills are second to none!!!!!

I love creating my end of year round up and pulling together my best wedding photos from London and beyond the year. It’s always great to look back through the weddings I’ve photographed and remind myself of the moments I’ve been honoured to document. Nothing puts a bigger smile on my face. This year has definitely been special. I’ve seen a whole lot of love, laughter, emotion and so much dancing which was so amazing to see especially after the last couple of years.

Making a round-up of the year’s best images reminds me of how lucky I am to be doing this crazy thing I get to call a job. I am so fortunate to meet all the wonderful couples I get to photograph, along with their family and friends. Everyone has been so warm, caring, genuinely awesome folk that I now get to call my friends.

This year also shows me how I’m evolving as a photographer. It’s only in doing this that I get clear sense of the direction I’m heading in, and the things that are most important to me when documenting my couples. Even though every year feels different, and every shot feels different, I continue to find that – year-on-year – the moments that really matter to me are those that capture pure love and joy. The images that show families being forged together into something new and bigger are always the ones that I feel the strongest connection to.

This isn’t an award acceptance speech lol, but I’d like to say a huge thank you to all my clients for letting me witness your love and that of your family and friends, and trusting me to document your special day.

As ever I can’t believe I get to spend my life working as a London wedding photographer. To be awarded that responsibility time and again, to hold those memories in my hands, inspires me to be the absolute best that I can be. Every single time.

We are so grateful that Rahul was available to capture our wedding, we have been blown away by the moments he has managed to photograph, they are truly special moments and photographs that we will treasure for a lifetime.

Rahul is clearly an artist and has a real talent, the pictures he takes transport you back to those moments, they are natural, in-the-moment and document pure emotion. He’s completely inconspicuous in his approach! We hardly noticed he was there throughout the day so are amazed at the moments he has captured for us.

We were also blown away when Rahul sent us a high-quality preview reel of our special day in less than 24 hours. We were able to share this with our family and friends while everyone was still together which was more than we expected or had asked for.
