Old Marylebone Town Hall Wedding Photography

Being a London Wedding Photographer, I’ve always wanted to photograph at the historic Old Marylebone Town Hall in the heart of London. The Old Marylebone Town Hall is an iconic building in London with its famous steps and Roman inspired columns made for a beautiful wedding venue for their intimate ceremony.

It was an honour to photograph Dipen & Manasi’s intimate civil wedding ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in the Pimlico Room. The Pimlico Room is one of 7 rooms within the registry office, each of the rooms are named after an area of London; Westminster, Knightsbridge, Paddington, Marylebone, Soho and Mayfair. Thanks a million Manasi & Dipen for choosing me to be your Old Marylebone Town Hall wedding photographer, it was so great to be a part of your amazing celebrations.

A Brief History Of Old Marylebone Town Hall

The Old Marylebone Town Hall was built in London around 1920 and is a grade II listed building, with a beautiful front decorated with columns inspired by Roman architecture. The Old Marylebone Town Hall is probably one of the best registry offices in London for your wedding because of its history, grandeur and not to mention has hosted a number of celebrity weddings such as Linda & Paul McCartney, Antonio Banderas & Melanie Griffith.

Old Marylebone Town Hall London’s Best Registry Venue

Personally I think The Old Marylebone Town Hall is one of the best civil ceremony venues in London. Its Central London locations makes it super easy to get to along with being a stones throw from the royal parks such as Regents Park, Hyde Park and other iconic London locations. However, the interior of Old Marylebone Town Hall is simply stunning, every hallway, balcony and corner is elegant and makes for a beautiful backdrop for wedding portraits. The exterior of course is equally grand with its famous steps and columns.

The Old Marylebone Town Hall has recently been refurbished offers 7 luxurious ceremony rooms, with varying capacities from 20 to 100 guests. Each of the rooms have unique interiors and a blend of modern and classic interiors coupled with beautiful lighting it truly makes for a wonderful backdrop for your ceremony. For more details on the different ceremony rooms you can visit The Old Marylebone Town Hall website.
