Capturing Weddings at The Grove

I’ve been a Grove Wedding Photographer several times and each and every time its an honour to shoot weddings at this luxurious wedding venue. The Grove, is London’s cosmopolitan country estate, set in 300 acres of land, featuring 227 rooms, 3 restaurants and bars, as well as private function rooms perfect for weddings. It’s a five star,  funky and beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature, you could spend days here, and never do the same thing twice.

There are 3 function rooms to choose from, The Amber, The Mansion and The Potting Shed, all varying in capacity and style. The Amber, is a chic and elegant perfect for a wedding, complete with high ceilings and French doors opening onto our Formal Gardens. The Mansion, is wedding venue in the heart of our 18th Century mansion, ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies, for upto 36 guests. The Potting Shed, is located in the 3.5 acre Walled Garden, with space for 60 guests.

The beauty of The Grove is the diversity in choice, where you can choose just the right setting and atmosphere for your wedding.

I’ve photographed weddings all over UK, and I’ve won all kinds of awards too too for my wedding photography. Every couple I photograph is unique and so is your special day. Your wedding day will whizz by in such a blur, so my job is to capture all the important moments to help you relive your day and bring back all those feelings and emotions.

I always work super hard on improving my craft to document the moments that happen creatively and authentically. All of my experience, and all these incredible weddings previously, will be channelled into your day. I want to capture your wedding naturally, so when you look back at your amazing photographs they will make your heart full.

Amazing photographer – so so talented! Rahul shot our wedding and pre-wedding shoot, and he was by far our best & favourite wedding supplier at The Grove. He is so down to earth, helpful, replies to all emails or queries within a few hours, such a lovely guy, and wants to get to know you & what you want from your photos. He is 100% reliable, and genuinely loves photography. There is no one we could recommend more within the entire wedding industry. We received so many compliments for all our photos – they are the perfect way to reflect on our wedding at The Grove.

We got recommended Rahul as a potential photographer for our Civil Wedding, Indian Wedding and Reception at The Grove. We went to look at his work, we were shown photos from recent events as well as the end product in terms of a wedding album. We were drawn to the style of photography and the way that Rahul made each photo look effortless and natural. We went away thinking that Rahul is someone we could work with. We were also keen on his ability to design and print an album which would make it unique to us….. having see at least 10 before we got to Rahul! (so lets just say, he came out on top!)

Rahul is someone we would definitely recommend to anyone getting married!

Hertfordshire’s Best Wedding Venue

I’ve been documented weddings at The Grove on many occasions and its one of my favourite venues to work at. The private 5-star resort is a haven for peace and tranquility. The Grove oozes luxury and elegance, their sleek interiors designed by Martin Hulbert, combines  modern style with its rich history giving the venue a unique feel. Art plays an important role around The Grove, and each hotel room, corridor, open spaces features distinctive designs.

Intimate Celebration or Lavish Party

The Grove is the perfect choice for a wedding venue, whether you’re planning an intimate wedding or an extravagant celebration, The Grove can cater for it all with their wide range of beautiful spaces.

The Mansion, former home to the Earls of Clarendon is perfect for an intimate wedding, it can accommodate up to 36 guests, and with the Garden Room next door its ideal for a civil ceremony.

The Potting Shed nestled within the walled garden can cater for upto 72 guests, its a beautiful restored Victorian glasshouse which creates a wonderful atmosphere for your celebrations.

The largest space at The Grove is the Amber Suite, it’s a blank canvas where you can let your creativity run wild on your decor. It’s suitable for upt o 450 guests, and with direct access into the gardens, its on entrance, terrace and foyer is perfect for larger wedding celebrations. Every time I’ve photographed weddings in the Amber Suite, it’s been such a pleasure, with its large floor to ceiling windows, it lets in so much light during the day, that I can create the perfect wedding photos with plenty of natural light! And then in the evening, which its beautiful ceiling lights, coupled with the DJ lights it creates the perfect atmosphere for a party to remember.

What The Grove has to offer

The Grove is home to one of the UK’s most distinguished golf courses, which has hosted many of the world’s greatest players and has staged the World Golf Championship, along with the British Masters. And with no membership policy to play on the course, you can have a game before your big day to relax. And ff you don’t fancy a game of Golf you can always head down to the award winning spa, Sequoia to unwind and relax.

There’s also plenty to do near The Grove too, and some attractions situated just around the corner, such as ‘The Making of Harry Potter – Warner Bros Studio Tour’, along with plenty of woodlands and nature walks too.

Wedding photographs that you’ll cherish

Photographing weddings at The Grove is always an honour, and I have a lot of great memories of attending weddings at the luxurious venue. But no matter how many weddings I go to – or where they are – each one feels special and unique in its own way, and makes me so happy to be there.

Being asked to capture someone’s most important memories for years to come, is a huge responsibility. And one I take very seriously. So I always work as hard as I can to create the most authentic and honest series of images I can, I want your photos to instantly take you back to your wedding day, to your feelings, and to the people who were there. Although so much will change over your lives, it’s all built on that day and that decision. And it’s an honour for me to be a part of that.
