We used Rahul for our civil wedding and reception photography and he was incredible.

We had a pre shoot with him a few months before, the photos then were amazing but we also felt like he really got to know us as a couple and what we liked.

Why Choose Renaissance at Kelham Hall for Indian Wedding Celebrations

Renaissance at Kelham Hall is one of those venues that feels made for a big Indian wedding. The incredible architecture, huge spaces and beautiful grounds give you so much variety throughout the day – from the energy of the Jaan arrival and all the colour and emotion of the ceremony, through to portraits around the grounds and a packed dance floor later that evening. The Great Hall in particular is seriously impressive, with its huge domed ceiling and dramatic architecture creating an amazing backdrop when everything is dressed for a wedding.

But as beautiful as Kelham Hall is, for me the venue is only ever the backdrop. Indian weddings are really about the people – the families coming together, the traditions, the little interactions happening between guests, the laughter, the tears and all those completely unscripted moments you could never plan. That’s what I’m constantly looking for when I photograph a wedding here.

My approach to photographing weddings at Renaissance at Kelham Hall is a mixture of natural documentary photography with a little editorial influence when it feels right. I want you to have beautiful portraits that make the most of this incredible venue, but I’ll spend far more of the day quietly documenting everything happening around you. The end result is a collection of photographs that doesn’t just show how amazing your wedding looked, but brings you straight back to what it actually felt like to be there.
