Shendish Manor | Asian Wedding Photography | Pooja & Amit

Pooja and Amit, both contacted me separately regarding their Hindu wedding ceremony at Shendish Manor. Oblivious to each other they had both been contacting me for their wedding date, Pooja emailing me from Australia, and at the same time Amit calling me in London, and it only clicked with me, that they were together, once Amit mentioned the venue, we all had a good laugh over it, and it was a good sign telling me that this wedding was going to be a lot of fun.

This was my first time shooting a wedding at Shendish Manor in Hertfordshire. It’s a gorgeous Victorian house, surrounded by beautiful gardens withing 160 acres of parkland – a more than perfect perfect setting to create beautiful portraits.

As an Asian wedding photographer, it was truly awesome to see the chemistry between Amit & Pooja which is reflected in the images below. There was a lot of happy emotion throughout the day, and the whole atmosphere was super relaxed for a Hindu wedding. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, especially the crazy dance floor moves later that night.
