Boreham House is a special place to have your wedding ceremony. Located in the heart of Essex round the corner from Colchester & Chelmsford, Boreham House is a magnificent estate surrounded by 500 acres of wooded land. Boreham House is one of the most sought after wedding venues in Essex, as it can host indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies, complete with accommodation for your guests making it a perfect Essex wedding venue. I love photographing weddings here, with beautiful walled gardens, little surprises around every corner along with the grand Georgian house steeped in history, Boreham House definitely lends its self to creating interesting photographs and I totally get why bride and grooms love to get married here.

I don’t generally use buzzwords such photojournalism and reportage, and different photographers have a different process of thought on what these words mean to them. For me I’ve found my naturalistic, documentary style of wedding photo’s to be what I love most about capturing everything that happens on your day at Boreham House in Essex. While there is a place for something a little more organised, such as portraits, I prefer to photograph your day without interfering or interrupting at all. This means capturing real moments and genuine emotions along with of course always searching for beautiful light and meaningful compositions. Beautiful wedding venues such as Boreham House are a gift, however what matters to me most are the people such as yourself, along with your family and friends, and all the genuine interactions and moments that happen. I truly believe these are the photos that will stand the test of time and you’ll cherish forever.
