Leila and Tom, chose the beautiful La Residencia Hotel located in the small coastal village of Deia, Mallorca, to host their wedding celebrations. Their wedding ceremony took place in a typical Spanish village church, Iglesia de San Juan Bautista, set in the hills of Deia, with amazing views of the surrounding landscapes, whilst overlooking the Mediterranean. This was followed by their wedding reception, back at La Residencia, starting off in their elegant garden, leading on to El Olivio, a refurbished 16th century olive press, which was a gorgeous setting for the their reception.Leading up to the wedding, the weather had been temperamental, both Leila and Tom (especially Tom) had several apps running on their phones, with local weather updates, the day before there was torrential down pour, but luckily on the day of the wedding, the rain stopped, the sun came out and all the weather predictions were out the window. Leila, started her day off with breakfast by her pool and bridal preps in her beautiful suite at La Residencia, whilst Tom relaxed with his family and bestmen, in their private villa. Their wedding day was fun and relaxed, complete with their close family and friends, donkeys, dancing, sparklers, emotion, amazing food, a saxophonist and above all a day filled with immense happiness and love.
It was a true honour to document Leila and Tom’s wedding, it make’s me very lucky, to even call this a job, when documenting weddings like this. Thank you guys, so much for allowing me to be a part of your day and putting your faith in me, you guys are truly special, and I wish you all the happiness in your married life together.
Enough writing from me, here are some of my favourite images from their wedding.
